Wilson, Glasco lead UGA softball team over Ole Miss

Paige Wilson and Geri Ann Glasco teamed up Friday to lead the No. 24 Georgia softball team to a 6-0 Southeastern Conference victory over Ole Miss.

Wilson had three hits, including a two-run home run, and Glasco (14-1) pitched innings, allowing no hits and one run. Chelsea Wilkinson came on in relief and gave up one hit to go with three strikeouts.

The Bulldogs will resume their series with Ole Miss at 4 p.m. today, although the time may change due to the threat of inclement weather.
