Which list again? Opinions vary on UGA linebackers

A preseason All-American team came out Thursday that had a Georgia linebacker on it, but maybe not the one you expected.

Redshirt sophomore outside linebacker Leonard Floyd is on ESPN.com’s All-American team that includes three linebackers. He didn’t make the coaches’ or media preseason All-SEC picks.

Inside linebacker Ramik Wilson has made several All-American teams, but he’s not on ESPN’s.

Floyd led Georgia with 6.5 sacks last year to go along with 55 tackles and 9.5 tackles for loss.

He practiced Thursday in a regular jersey when the Bulldogs worked out in shorts after being in a non-contact jersey on Tuesday.

Wilson made Fox Sports’ All-American team on Thursday.

Gurley also made both the ESPN and Fox Sports teams.
