Todd Gurley, Georgia’s star tailback, returned to practice in a limited capacity Tuesday for the first time since missing the last three games with an ankle injury.
Quarterback Aaron Murray said Gurley did every rep in “run polish,” and told him afterwards that he felt good.
“We’ve still got another two weeks so he’ll be full go by Florida hopefully,” Murray said.
Gurley is a difference-maker Georgia’s offense has sorely been missing.
“I’ve said all along that I think Todd is the best player in the country when he’s healthy and he’s out there and what he’s able to do,” Murray said. “He definitely changes the game for us offensively.”
