The Georgia volleyball team dropped 3-1 (23-25, 23-25, 25-22, 23-25) decision to Arkansas on Sunday in Southeastern Conference action in Fayetteville, Ark. With the loss, Georgia drops to 14-6 on the year that includes a 4-4 mark in SEC play. The Razorbacks improve to 13-7 overall and 6-3 in the SEC.
Brittany Northcutt posted her fourth double-double of the season, registering a team-best 14 kills and 10 digs. Stacey Smith added 10 kills, while Jasmine Eatmon and Tirah Le’au each recorded nine kills.
Georgia returns to action on Wednesday when it welcomes No. 14 Kentucky. The match marks the third time in four matches that the Bulldogs will have faced a ranked team. The match will be televised on ESPNU.
