UGA seniors coin motto for 2013 season; Richt approves

Last season, it was “Our team. Our time. No regrets.”

Presenting this year’s team motto, according to senior safety Connor Norman: “New year. New team. One dream.”

The seniors get together to come up with something. Coach Mark Richt signs off on it.

“He kind of approves it if he likes it or not, type deal,” Norman said. “Older guys that are more involved, veterans will sit in with us, too. … We’re not required to have one, but I think it’s good to identify as a senior class and that year’s team to have your own motto.”

The Bulldogs’ dream would certainly include finishing what they came close to last season when they fell five yards short of a shot at the national title.
