UGA RB Gurley on injury: ‘I’ll be ready for Saturday’

Tailback Todd Gurley doesn’t think the strained quadricep that limited him to 12 carries against Clemson will impact him on Saturday. “It’s straight. I’ll be ready for Saturday.” Gurley rushed for a career-high 154 yards and two touchdowns, garnering SEC offensive player of the week honors. “I think Jordan Matthews should have got it,” Gurley said. The Vanderbilt receiver had 10 catches for 178 yards against Ole Miss.
