Two more Bulldogs earn SEC track and field titles

Georgia senior Saniel Atkinson-Grier and sophomore Morgann Leleux won individual conference crowns during the third day of the Southeastern Conference outdoor track & field championships in Columbia, Mo.

Atkinson-Grier cleared 6 feet, ¾ inches to win her first conference title in the high jump. She cleared all three of her heights on her first try to clinch the victory. This marks the first high jump title for Georgia since the Bulldogs swept the event at the 2007 SEC indoor (Patricia Sylvester) and outdoor (Levern Spencer) meets.

Leleux won her second consecutive SEC outdoor pole vault title after going over the bar at 13-9.25 on her second attempt. Leleux passed on the opening two heights and then was pushed to her third try at 13-5.25.
