Georgia’s star outside linebacker Jarvis Jones has just one sack since his dominant showing at Missouri on Sept. 8.
Coach Mark Richt said he thinks the strained groin that the junior played with in that game and kept him out of the next week against Florida Atlantic could still be an issue.
“You know what? I don’t know if he would say that it is bothering him, but I got a feeling that it’s probably not 100 percent right now,” Richt said. “He’s not going to sit there and make an excuse, but I’m not sure he’s 100 percent.”
Jones had seven tackles, including three for loss, and a sack against Vanderbilt and eight tackles and no sacks against Tennessee.
