Quick hits: Friend ‘not a happy man’ with O-line’s Tuesday practice

Add another injury to Georgia’s receiving corps. Walk-on Michael Erdman sustained a broken right foot, presumably knocking him out for the rest of spring practice.

Georgia just lists him as out on its injury report. He had three catches for 28 yards last season.

Inside linebacker Paris Bostick was limited to running Tuesday with a hyperextended right knee. Richt said he hopes the redshirt freshman will be able to go Thursday when Georgia practices next.

Georgia coach Mark Richt said offensive line coach Will Friend “was not a happy man” with the showing by his unit during Tuesday’s practice.

The team is scheduled to hold its first spring scrimmage on Saturday.
