Quick hits: Four Bulldogs named to SI.com All-America team

Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray, tight end Arthur Lynch, inside linebacker Ramik Wilson and kicker Marshall Morgan were named as honorable mention selections on SI.com’s All-America team.

… Tight end Jay Rome underwent foot surgery last Friday, according to Georgia. Coach Mark Richt said on Saturday that Rome wouldn’t play in the bowl game.

… Cornerback Shaq Wiggins (illness) did not practice Tuesday. Defensive end Garrison Smith (ankle) practiced in a non-contact jersey.

… Former Georgia cornerback Chris Sanders, one of three players dismissed in February 2012, along with Nick Marshall, has found a new home. After playing for Eastern Arizona College, Sanders plans to play next season at Baylor, according to the Waco Tribune-Herald.
