Lady Bulldogs fall despite Luft’s effort

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Despite a match-best 17 kills from redshirt sophomore outside hitter Kathleen Luft, the Georgia volleyball team fell, 3-1, to Kentucky on Sunday afternoon at Memorial Coliseum.

Senior middle blocker Ann Dylla became just the seventh player in school history to reach and surpass 400 career blocks with five stops in the contest raising her career total to 404. Her effort for Georgia (4-8, 0-2) was supported by six stops from fellow senior Elizabeth Reid.
