So this must be what a practice is like at Northwestern or with the Chicago Bears.
Or do they go indoors when the wind is whipping like it is today at Georgia’s fourth spring football practice?
The Bulldogs are practicing with a wind advisory in effect until 8 p.m. Gusts are supposed to be up to 40 miles per hour and it sure felt like that during the 10 chilly minutes or so the media was out there.
Tailback Keith Marshall continues to practice in a non-contact jersey with the Bulldogs in full pads today.
Also in non-contact: cornerback Reggie Wilkerson (knee) and inside linebacker Paris Bostick. Receiver Justin Scott-Wesley (knee) was doing some running on the side. Tight end Jay Rome (foot) still is out.
Cornerback Brendan Langley continues to work with the first-team defense along with cornerback Damian Swann and safeties Corey Moore and Quincy Mauger.
Wide receiver Chris Conley is heading to the Peach of Atlanta Banquet in Atlanta. He tweeted out a picture today of him dressed up wearing a bow tie.
The wind didn’t keep Georgia’s quarterbacks from hitting their targets in the brief time I saw them.
Hutson Mason laid out a pass to Michael Bennett, Faton Bauta connected with Jonathon Rumph and Brice Ramsey was on target to Kenneth Towns.
