Georgia is practicing for the third time this spring on Saturday afternoon.
The defense went through a drill in which the ones, twos and threes all running to a ball thrown in the secondary.
You can check the video above (again no sound, per Georgia) to see who went first, but looked like the first-team linebackers were Jordan Jenkins and Leonard Floyd on the outside and Ramik Wilson and Armarlo Herrera inside.
As mentioned the other day, Chris Mayes, Ray Drew and Toby Johnson are the first d-linemen out there. Looked like Damian Swann and Corey Moore were among first-team secondary guys.
No sign of wide receiver Malcolm Mitchell (knee), but tailback Keith Marshall (knee) and cornerback Reggie Wilkerson (knee) are again practicing in non-contact.
Receiver Justin Scott-Wesley (knee) and tight end Jay Rome (foot) are on the field but not practicing.
There’s a bunch of 2015 recruiting prospects in town.
Georgia is practicing in shoulder pads and helmets but not full pads.
“Shorts are over,” offensive coordinator Mike Bobo told receivers during one drill. “We’re not practicing in underwear anymore.”
Jonathon Rumph and Uriah LeMay made some nice snags near the sideline as I was walking by.
