DB McGraw commits to UGA

The move to Jeremy Pruitt is paying off for Georgia the recruiting world already.

 Nashville, Tenn., defensive back Rico McGraw committed to Pruitt and the Bulldogs Thursday night.

“Officially committed to the University of Georgia! Thank everyone who’s been involved and supporting me,” he tweeted Thursday night.

 McGraw is considered the top 2015 prospect in Tennessee and one of the top 100 players in the country, according to Scout.com. McGraw got the offer from the Bulldogs on Wednesday.

The commitment is one of many the Bulldogs are positioned to take among the top 100 players in the country. Georgia is in the mix or favored to sign a slew of players in Scout.com’s top 100 including: North Gwinnett OT Mitch Hyatt, Westover DL Trenton Thompson, Callaway DB Terry Godwin, Mays LB Natrez Patrick, McEachern RB Taj Griffin, Langston Hughes LB D’Andre Walker and McEachern OL Chuma Edoga.
