Blog: Dates, locations set for Richt’s spring speaking tour (including Gwinnett County)

Some of the details are still to come, but the UGA Alumni Association has posted dates on its website for the spring speaking tour that features football coach Mark Richt and basketball coach Mark Fox.

There are 12 “UGA Day” events in four states.

An interesting change this year is the last stop, a late July date that had been at the Cobb Galleria, is now in Gwinnett County. An Atlanta date is now set for May 15.

Unless there are changes made, the speaking tour will start after G-Day but before spring football practices end.

April 9: Columbus, Ga.—Mark Richt and president-elect Jere Morehad

April 11: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas—Mark Richt

April 18: Macon—Mark Richt and Mark Fox

April 23: Jacksonville, Fla.—Mark Richt and Mark Fox

April 24: Tifton—Mark Richt
