CBS will get top-25 matchup with Georgia-Auburn

The renewal of the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry will be a top-25 matchup shown nationally on CBS.

Georgia’s football game at Auburn on Saturday will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. in the network’s showcase time slot.

The Bulldogs (6-3, 4-2 SEC) are back in the rankings at No. 25 in the Associated Press Poll, although they are just outside the top 25 in the USA Today coaches’ poll as the first team in others receiving votes.

Auburn (9-1, 5-1) remains at No. 7 in the AP poll and is No. 9 in the coaches’ poll after its 55-23 thumping of Tennessee on Saturday.

Georgia had fallen of the rankings after losing to Vanderbilt 31-27 on Oct. 19
