Fresh off its 44-41 win over LSU, Georgia on Saturday will be in the Southeastern Conference’s showcase football game for the second week in a row.
CBS announced today that it will show the Bulldogs game at Tennessee Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
The network had used a six-day option before making its decision.
Three other SEC games were announced for 7 p.m. Saturday: LSU-Mississippi State on ESPN, Arkansas-Florida on ESPN2 and Ole Miss-Auburn on ESPNU.
In other Bulldogs news, quarterback Aaron Murray was named today as the Walter Camp Offensive National Player of the Week. Murray got the same honor after the Bulldogs 41-30 win over South Carolina on Sept. 7.
